Tips for a smooth, flat bottom; the secret to curved sides that are smooth... not bumpy, and stuffing hints, as well.

These are the instructions for assembling Nan's scissor purse. This project was introduced through a special class I took at market, and will be available for only one year! Pam's kit walks you through construction of a drawstring purse, and professional, smooth, tight tassels.
